It doesn't seem that hard to take a **** and go pee at the same time even with an erection. You can just sit down and push it down into the bowl.

How small is your toilet? You can point it down in the toilet and if you really have to just have your butt in the air a little. It will still be over the toilet.

Assuming the worst possible case that is.

I'm not really sure about the size of my toilet compared to the size of your toilet, but all I know is that it's about impossible to do, lol...
