Default Random Frame Rate Choppiness

Why is it sometimes when you start a song, or sometimes halfway through a song, you get random frame rate drops that make it almost impossible to play the song?

Good Question! I have heard using a "standalone" flash player works wonders tho.

Say, I got Windows 7 and would like to have a smooth FFR experience. What's this standalone flash player business? I wonder if it works with FRAPS (probably not)?

I use Windows 7 64 bit and all I did was disable all visual effects and FFR works like a charm.

I'm going to try that, and see if it helps, though I really don't have any problems on windows 7 with FFR. Especially when i use IE 0.o
