VIP Mario/Lunar Magic

There was a lot of good info about VIP Mario and Lunar Magic here with self uploaded dl links and modded roms, but I just got notice that talking about emulators violates forum rules.

Until further notice, I will leave this thread blank.

Someone answer me this question: Is it not allowed to talk about emulators and modded roms on this forum?

Unfortunately, VIP Mario (the famous impossible stage Super Mario World series many people find on youtube) is a modded rom played on by an emulator. If I can't talk about it here, I can't allow any of the US residents to play a Japanese oriented game. Japan has it's own dedicated and still alive site about editing Mario stages, and VIP Mario is by far the best and hardest of them out there. I really would love to share the experience of playing such uber difficult stages to the FFR Gamers.
