Some of you knew I was gonna do this, but I wasn't gonna tell everyone when, so I'd figure I'll do it now! Anyways....

Welcome to badman7772's Tournament of Darkness REBORN!

This tournament will test everyone's skill at FFR and hopefully will make them skillboost like crazy! We will be using RAW scoring for this tournament, so combo won't matter! This means 0-0-1-0 50% combo will actually beat something like 305-392-0-1059. In case you didn't see me in the Official Tournament, I obtained vRofl AND made it to the finals taking advantage of this method of scoring. We will be using the OFFICIAL FFR ENGINE! It doesn't matter which one of them you use as long as you use one of them! Rounds will be THREE (3) days long! This will be an elimination tournament, just like what you may have seen in the Official tournaments.

Oh yeah, and with every tournament I've done thus far, Token songs MAY be selected for ANY division! If it's a Skill Token and you do not have it, you're going to have to earn it yourself before you can play the selected song! I will not pick anti-tokens. If I do, I'll have to make sure everyone in that division has it first. If it requires actual skill, then it can be picked regardless.

Signups are now open! to sign up, just post in this thread saying that you're in or something. I will be closing signups on Wednesday, April 17th 2013 at 11:00 PM Server Time! This means midnight EST.) This means that round 1 will begin on Thursday, April 18th! You will be placed in the division that I believe that you belong in. If you have any placement issues, PM me or add/IM me on Skype! If you complain about placements on this thread and you cause drama, you will be taken out of the tournament and you will not be able to participate!

There will be 7 divisions! I will place you based on what you've done as far as your level ranks go on FFR. Also, if you placed very well in the Official Tournament, you're definitely not going to be in that division again. While nobody's perfect when it comes to placing, and it sucks when I'll eventually get beeyatched at for making a mistake or two, please be respectful. Be lucky I'm even hosting this tournament in the first place.

With every forum tournament, you MUST provide a screenshot and post it IN THIS THREAD to successfully submit a score. There are some things that I ask for when it comes to SS'ing. To take a screen shot of your score, simply press the Print Screen button right above the Insert key on your keyboard. This will take a screen shot of the entire screen. Pressing Alt+Print screen will take a screen shot of ONLY the active window. Click the Spoiler button for the rules of submitting a score!

[Submission Rules (no not the song)]1. You must have your user name somewhere in the SS. If you are using a Standalone with Velocity, R^2, or R^3, I would suggest using the Alt+Print Screen method to take a screen shot of your score. If you are using Legacy, then you might want to use Snipping Tool to take off the MP part of the screen.

2. You must have the COMPLETE time stamp in your submission. If ANY of it is missing, it will not count. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. I will NOT accept replays for submissions! They do not have a time stamp by themselves. If you want to submit that on top of your SS, that is fine.

Prizes! This has not been determined yet. Whatever the prize pot is below is the total amount of credits that I will be giving away! All I know is every division will receive the same amount of credits. I know that's not typically how it works in other tournaments, but just be happy that you're even getting credits if you do win any.

Every round, I will announce a bonus game, and if you win that, you win credits! I want to give a certain amount away every round. It could be an FFR challenge, or it can be any game outside of FFR! Heck! It could be something on another engine! Who knows?

In order to participate in the bonus games, you MUST currently be in the tournament. If you're eliminated, you cannot be in the bonus games!

I don't expect or ask anyone to do this, but if you want to (and that's completely up to you) you can donate as many credits as you'd like! The more credits that are in the pot, the more credits people can win! Like I said though. This is optional. I really don't expect to have a donor list or anything.
