Default Change difficulty view?

I know to change back to the 1-20 viewing of song difficulties, you're supposed to go into settings, but my settings box looks older than the explanation on the front page. How do I get the new one? Also, some of the songs labeled as "very easy" seem to be not so very easy...

I'll elaborate a little more....

You're probably using what is referred to as the "Legacy" engine, the engine that has been around since nearly the beginning. The screenshots on the front page (I personally think it's not right to stick to one engine when showing screenshots and demonstrations) is the "Velocity" or "Beta" engine. The links can be found here:

I'm not sure what the plan is for the legacy/R^2. Velo is returning from holiday soon afaik, so perhaps he can address these questions then?

I've cleared cache on my browsers and the shift from 1-99 --> 1-20 is not an option for Legacy engine, is this an issue on my end or was it only implemented in Velo?

Legacy won't be reciving the 1-20 option nor will R^2. Legacy due to technical reasons and R^2 as the engine is done while I make R^3. Side note, home in a few hours from vacation .

ok that clears one thing up, but i'm still confused about the songs labeled very easy. specifically "morning grory" in dance is very easy, but then "say it right (sanxion7 remix)" was also labeled very easy and idk if it's just me but that's not very easy...

Actually, Say It Right is one of the few songs that have yet to be properly re-rated (it's still rated as an "8" in the old rating system). It's definitely not a "very easy" song. It'll be adjusted in due time.
