Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
So I think your flip would give us the most information. Given that you think Xiz is sus and his interaction with bug, that you pointed out, would tell us a lot.
So now, whose flip do you think, would give us good information?

my flip wouldn't tell you anything, unless I flipped wolf, because then it would mean shadowgod fg and xiz are town but if I'm town it's literally meaningless and if you think that makes shadowgod fg and xiz more likely to be wolves and pursue that course of action in my name then it's just a clear attempt to chain mislynches on townies if you genuinely believe that lynching for info is a good strat here I'm sorry for scum reading you I guess but right now it looks like a combination of "I don't want to scum read people in case it makes me suspicious" and "I want to lynch towns" the only lynch that gives us info is a wolf lynch lynching a town who seems scummy is a close second

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
Lynching for info when there hasn't been a death yet after a full day of interactions and more voting to come is a good strategy.
I'm not looking for wolves or scum reads d0, I want information.

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
cedo, do what you want but I think ffa is right
trying to find wolves > trying to find "a good lynch" he's right that "a good lynch" is one that's on a wolf sounds like your mind is already made up, but I do think he's right

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
I mean well duh yeah a wolf lynch would clearly be best, but what I'm getting at, is that the chances of scum reading and lynching a wolf d0 is low af. And the chances of us mislynching are significantly higher. So, given that we're probably gonna mislynch, whose flip, other than obviously a wolf, would give us good information?
Because if you can tell me a solid reason why someone's a wolf and why we should lynch them, I'm gonna assume it's going to be a mislynch.

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
to clarify, I probs won’t keep my vote on fg. It was simply for shits n giggles. i can see her as town personally. it’s a bit difficult for me to “read” who might be who since I’m not used to it. Also, listen... I’m a smart person but I’ve also never played this before so take my words with a grain of salt. I’m more leaning towards cedo or ffa being wolf at this point but that’s mostly a hunch?

Could you elaborate more on reads rather than say it's a hunch? What posts gave you that hunch and why?
Information is key to the game

Also it may be clear from your perspective, but think of it from everyone else's too, we can see it as distancing pending a flip.

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
Well the whole “let’s find a good lynch and that doesn’t necessarily mean a wolf” could be read as throwing if you’re town. I don’t necessarily agree with that tho. I think cedo is more likely to be wolf over ffa for that reason. I’m gonna have to read over all the roles again. I’m gonna laugh if sunfan is actually the alien.

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
I get where Cedo is coming from here. All he's saying is to consider the implications that the lynch might have after if we happen to be wrong. Obviously if there is a strong reason to suspect someone of wolf, these considerations don't matter. But if there is a high chance of mislynch such as on D0 it's worth it to consider what info we will get if we are wrong.

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
Is calling for a lynch that'll give us information versus mislynching a potential scum read that'll give us 0 information really throwing? Am I that wrong here?

Re: TWG 197 - TWGood End 2
Also by Xiz calling me town, that makes me think he’s town bc clearly you all think I’m sus or at the very least hard to read lol and it’d be easy for xiz to just claim I’m a wolf or whatever else if he was a wolf himself. But that could also be bs
