admittedly the art style looks really good and is p. fluid now that I've seen gameplay
but I'm looking at high level gameplay now (lvl 222, yep this is definitely a korean game) and the combat looks super slow
pair a slow combat system w/ a level cap that is either non-existent or super high, and that's just not appealing.

It appeals to me in the same way Diablo appeals to me. I just like seeing numbers go up over time. Hopefully it can later become more about community and socializing with your guild.

The infinite leveling is not for everyone or even most people.

Corsair is pretty cool. Much more rogue like than the rogue I made.

People who knows what they're doing got a max level character in barely a month which is 280 atm.

Some players got lvl100~110 in one day.

Quests + xp cards + dungeons makes grinding irrelevant until lvl200+.
You can get crazy xp bonus from parties and certain skills or simply alternate between dungeon runs and missions. You're not forced to grind forever in this game and yet grinding is also viable time-wise.

The combat pace may look kinda slow, but it's mostly to balance out better PvP/GvG etc. which will need a few more balance patches in the future, but that is starting to look interesting already.

Up to level 182. I kind of hit a brick wall for the moment so I'm going back and being an achievement completionist on all the previous zones.

180ish is when it truly starts to feel like a grind and higher lvl maps get a bit more difficult. close to the exp reset at 186 though.

Lots of drama on klaipeda because one group of people are monopolizing dullahan drops lol.

Hit level 188 and soon to be 190. Finally over that annoying 180-186 hurtle.

After much hardship I have completed the most tedious quest of anything I've ever done in a video game to become a shinobi.

The new guild war rules completely ruined this game. With all the things going wrong w/ this game you'd think they'd try and preserve the only thing it had going for it. Too bad.
