Ahh credits disappearing

Ok well I am running a tournament with Micky91 and i created an account to hold the credits. I sent 100k credits to the account,and the credits dissapeared. I was told that the account needed credits to start off with. But now Micky91 sent me 100k credits of his, and they are gone too. Is there anyway I can get these credits back?

thanks a lot man. I feel sorry for micky because he only has 63k left now. I had 280k, and if i donate the 100k i have left ill be down to 80k..

I REEEALY hope this doesnt happen during prizes

edit: it doesnt make sense. You and andrew were able to send, why couldnt his?

it's possible he typed the name wrong. One slight error with typing the name in and the credits transfer wrong

He couldnt have. He told me he even copy and pasted the name to make sure he didnt mess up.

And Smitty, im scared to send the prizes now...

The thing is, in order for the credits to be sent successfully, the credits must be transferred to an existing name.

The typo you made must have still been an existing FFR user. If you go to like, your credit transfer log, that person should be listed, and then maybe you could ask for the credits back.

I honestly don't see how they just disappear tbh.

I heard that when you send credits to an account that has 0 at the time you sent it, the credits wont go through. But if thats the case, it only solves my half of the problem
