What's your career/job?
Just posting to see what everybody's job or career is...
My job is working at Cinemark (Was jobless for a year after quiting my first job at Putt-Putt Fun House because of those fucking shitlings kept on getting me in trouble.)...and my career 2 or 3 years later is opening up my own small business in sports apparel. If my business survives for about 4 years, then I'll probably make it a nation wide corporation. |

RE: Re: RE: What
I work at a Kumon center.
I teach mostly 5-13 year olds. There is always someone there with a cold, and the little kids like to wipe their nose with the same hand they write with. www.kumon.com |

I usher at a local theatre, as well as work at EB Games.
Ushering = rip tickets, get into show free, kick people who won't shut up out. EB Games = rip reciets, get games at a discount, talk about games all day.

I don't have a job right now...I am looking though, and when I do finally get one, I'll be a vet tech again. That's the best job I've ever had.
Meanwhile, my parents pay my mortgage, food, clothing, tuition, gasoline, tv and phone bills, and the rent from my roommate pays the heating bills, HOA fees, and food that isn't found at the grocery store, with enough left over each month that I don't actually need a job. You may all be jealous

Currently unemployed, as I've been through all 4 years of college... by choice. I've held down jobs since I was 12, and worked year round through Junior and Senior year of HS (4-5 years ago... ~$9.00 an hour). Graduate college in May, and am currently in the process of looking for A FULL TIME JOB. Oh shi...
When I actually get one, I'll make sure to let all of you know.

I work in the men's department at a store called Belk. It's kinda like Dillards except everything is always on sale. I make 7.50 an hour and my manager and coworkers are cool.
Some shithead called me a bitch last night because I made him stop fucking around with the merchandise. Then he made fun of his mother when she told him to stop being a shithead. |

Soccer ref during outdoor season: $20.00 a game / $20.00 hr. So not right now .
Right now, I'm currently looking for a job but I'm having trouble finding time for that between school, volunteering, and my soccer team. Meh, atleast there should be a lot of openings because its becoming the Holiday season. |

Liquor store in inner city (ghettoish) Grand Rapids. Get paid ~7.50. There are some obvious perks to working at a liquor store, especially when you're only 20. It's not bad. Lots of interesting people, but also a lot of assholes. It'd be much more enjoyable if I didn't have to work 10 hour days.

*winces*
I went to Kumon. I called it Evil-K because I hated it so much, and it annoyed me the way my mum pronounced it. Anyway, I work at starbucks now. $7.25 (i think?) An hour. I love it. I love my partners (co-workers), and most of the customers are really awesome (except that really mean guy). It gives really good benefits too, and we do community service!

I have no job right now, but I'll start looking for one in the next month or two. The only reason I'm not looking for one now is because you can't work many places when you're 14 >_<
