I need help (Viruses)

Well I was on norse's vid chat thing and I wind up "accidentally" clicking an ad. This led me to getting trojans and worms and what not.

I have AVG for my anti-virus. I scanned it and found all of the stuff in there and removed it. After that, I rebooted my computer. I notice when I reboot that I didn't get it all and I scan once again. It found one more trojan. I removed it, then reboot one more time.

I STILL get the BS saying I still have major threats on my computer. If I realize one thing, I have 2 anti-viruses apparently. AVG, and Antivirus system pro which is like a defualt one to this computer or if you get viruses it comes up or something. I don't know. I want to get rid of Antivirus system Pro as I know that having 2 anti-virus programs is really bad and can fight each other.

Looks like that's just a skin for Windows XP.

That Antivirus is probably actually malware meant to make you purchase a product that doesn't do anything, and before you know it you're out $50 and the company you gave the money to is a defunct company formerly based in Ukraine. Welcome to scams nowadays. That's what happens when you trust the big, official looking text and buttons and don't know what you're doing.

DL Process Explorer, find what threads this thing is running, then if it's connected to your win xp logon, get MoveOnBoot and trash the files connected to those threads before your next boot. Easy as pie. And exactly why AV programs suck. They're just state-sponsored viruses.

I personally think something like this should be ****ing apparent, and doesn't even warrant google. But things that seem obvious to me are an impossible mystery to quite a few people. I must be a genius, because using Google is apparently an immensely mentally taxing thing that only the most brilliant theoreticians can use.

All this talk about people not using Google is frustrating. I'm going to go smoke a bowl to cool off. X(
