This. The songs a bitch, I think the beginning makes it a mid FGO honestly, compared to easy stuff like Tageri, FN, Sparkle Downer, Ketsarku, it's just so much harder. The issue in my opinion is not the bursts, but the amount of 1 handed trilling required throughout the beginning is more than any FMO other than Blooddrunk, which I believe could also be FGO but no one seems to discuss the song either way (those trills are reallllly long man...)
Also, Over the Frail Dream is the hardest 9 in the game, always has been. Many said it should be a 10, but we've decided on it being the penultimate 9 borderline. Also, Jurs OP was always a high 8 that was debatable, I think it's fine in the higher 8 range just because no one's changed Max Forever yet (seriously guys? This has always been a 9), but as is, high 8 is fine, but if you want low 9 I have no objections.

The song style on BEER is listed as Collage Techno. Is it supposed to be College Techno (i.e. a reference to the drinking culture at colleges)? Seems to make a little more sense.

It's one of those very hard 10s (like piano x forte and Feldschlact); it has been debated on several occasions. Probably will stay a 10 as far as I know.

Like 8 = Very Difficult and 12 = For Guru's Only Seems like a smart thing to have in the first post, for reference.
