Poop log
See what I did there
Anyways I bought this: http://i.imgur.com/aX2LKAp.jpg http://i.imgur.com/lQb2yaG.jpg Basically... I don't get enough fiber. This makes bathroom time a very tricky time indeed. I contemplated posting pictures (for science) but that may be against site rules. So for now I'll just... describe.
Sadly, there's not much to say. I'm pooping at the moment, under the influence of 0g (the stuff I had a little bit ago hasn't had time to work its magic). Typical constipation. PSA: You really do need a ton of water even for modest amounts of this powder.
I put a little bit in the bottom of a glass and then poured some water over it. Within ~10 seconds or so, the entire mixture congealed into a semi-solid mass. Definitely a potential choking hazard. :P |

I'm usually type 3 or 4 unless I'm really stressed out or work is going terribly then I go full type 5 or even 6.
Never go full type 6.

Interesting... type 5 today. Large, puffy, soft-looking pods. I guess that means the powder is working, but I could use a little more. Still constipated, though.

Decided to go with the single serving size, so I just took down 9g (yesterday was 4g).
Even with a full glass of water, I don't think it's enough for 9g. Will probably limit it to <= 5g per glass or something in the future. Last edited by Reincarnate; 10-7-2015 at 07:32 PM.. |

Shitty situation. I get sufficient fibre, when I'm on Soylent I have soo much Fibre I shit like 10 times a day.

Holy mother of god
So I haven't gone in over a day for whatever reason. Didn't take any husk yesterday though, admittedly. I finally went today... and was disappointed that only one thing came out. Took less than 3 seconds and I barely felt it. Lame. But then I realized that it was a giant type 4 anaconda. It took up nearly the entire bowl. Barely a trace on the toilet paper. WTF.
