Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
In multiplayer, right above the quickchat bar, you will see two orbs right beside each other. One says up and the other says dn. You need to click on dn to change the arrow direction to down.

Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
Why can't I make a thread? xP I want to introduce myself and it says my account hasn't activated, so I checked the email address I used to make this account and I didn't have a confirmation email or anything... Does like an administrator have to confirm my account or what?

This thread explains http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...d.php?t=116784 When you have the FFR engine open scroll down and hit multiplayer. Once connected click go and it will take you to the MP chat. From there you can create or join a room

Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
Hm.. you should be able to connect thorugh multiplayer on the main engine.. but if for whatever reason it's giving you trouble connecting, try using Velocity's MP engine:

That's odd you may want to try sending one of the administrators a private message about that. |

Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
First thing about playing FFR with your feet: This is one of the few rhythm games that penalizes extra taps, so you'll want to not stand on the arrows.
Second thing: Due to the limitations of the game engine, there are no freeze arrows. As such, more emphasis is placed on streams and the occasional jackhammer. Third thing: Make sure whatever system you're using to convert your footfalls into input can reliably pick up all four panels at once (sometimes referred to as a "quad"). As this game grades each arrow individually as opposed to Stepmania where chords aren't graded until the last panel's input is received, you can't cheat jumps and expect to get a good score. TC_Halogen will probably have some more detailed advice, as aside from being an "Elite Keysmasher", he's also a beast on In The Groove as well. Best of luck to you! |

Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
That's not exactly what I'm looking for, though it is good advice. I still can't figure out how to get the pad to work with the game. I can work it with stepmania but on ffr the buttons won't even register. I think i need to download software but have no idea where to start.

Re: Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
Why has the credit cost for guessing how many arrows will be pressed on the next day been increasing over the past week? When I first looked at it a week
ago, the cost for guessing was 100 credits. Now it is 500 credits. |
