Post your thoughts on the testing on animals for potentially harmful products.

I think that if they can spend enough money to get the rights to test the dangerous products on animals that they should fucking build a computer that you can test them on.

Would you rather test it on humans? I saw a report on this back in grade 8, they said that they hardly ever test on dogs or cats if anyone can feel better about that. But particually harmful products do have their uses and it needs to be tested. It may seem cruel but if it's not done to animals it would be done to people, perhaps you.

speaking of testing on animals, did you know that the majority of first aid came from testing on Jews by the nazis (for example: what temp does skin burn, how to treat it, all kinds of shit)

i think they should test the products on criminals
it'd be all "I wonder if this horribly dangerous bomb works" "lets test it on the democrats!" |

True Lupin. I read a story of a woman who had a baby, and the 'doctor' there instructed a guard to watch her, and make sure she didn't feed it at all. He wanted to see how long a newborn baby would last without any food. In a strange show of caring however, the guard turned away after two days and let the woman smother the baby so it wouldn't suffer. Kinda sad, really.
And about the animal testing thing...it would depend on what animals they were testing, and if it was harmful or not. I mean, if they're testing how many shotgun blasts a chimp can take, obviously no. I even feel its wrong to test lipsticks and such on animals, which they like to do. But if its for medical or serious purposes...for instance, doctors just recently discovered how to extract a gene that allows the backbone to heal if snapped. They broke rat's backs, gave them a vaccine, set the bone and the rats were able to walk again. Studies like that, ones for the common good of people, I feel are okay. |

I too agree that it should be tested on criminals. But not democrats.
But the problem is the whole "cruel and unusually punishment jazz". |

No...lets test everything on him
and back to the abnormality thing.....people with diseases like that may die more easily as a result of a product.......normal people might survive and be fine |
