How do people get banned in the first place? Who bans them?

FFR Elite Supporters are the people who are allowed to ban others. If a person does something that is not appropriate, or just plain mean or wrong, that FFR Elite Supporter has the right to ban them.

FOLLOW THE RULES OF FFR.
