i ordered from dominos and my cell phone is broken so i couldn't say a phone number for security so they could call me back to confirm my order and the person i spoke with said i sounded really suspicious and i ended up cancelling my order

when I worked at Domino's, online orders were probably 4/5 of the phone calls that I made to customers

a lot of people click cheese and sauce when they're making their pizzas, without realizing that they're on by default and they're deselecting those options

obviously doesn't happen with phone orders
