I'm finally back to where I was a year ago in body fat, after a literally flesh-eating bacteria derailed my progress by about 8 months
it almost killed me too but imo gains loss is more devastating |

Welp, I've finally joined the 1000lb club. I performed all 3 powerlifts today and in the same order I would have to do them in a competition. My current body body weight is 176lbs
Successful Lifts (Total = 1005lbs) Squat 345: Bench 285 (This is an older video, but I did successfully bench 285 today as well): Deadlift 375: And if anyone wants to see me fail Squat 355 fail: Bench 295 fail:

Working on some strength training now. Did some working sets on the flat bench today.
4x5 of 225 1x5 of 245. I did not fail any of my sets..however, I did struggle on the last set with 245. As some know, I have been dropping my alcohol intake significantly as well - been just limiting myself to drinks about once every three weeks. Feeling healthier, feeling stronger, and look leaner. I noticed that my calories to fluctuate a lot. Some days I can eat easier than others.

I hit 275 flat bench. Way faster than I thought. I barely failed 295...I did get it up but I had a little help.

Did some cutting. Look a bit leaner I guess, but I did make some strength gains over the last two months. Oh yeah...almost 1 year of lifting for me.
