That list is generated by a script that pulls out the people with the highest tier points on the site. It's fully automatic, not manual. A lot of them no one has ever heard of.

Ok, I'm a tad unclear as to what qualifies you to be a "least noticed elite player". What is an elite player in the first place? Is it someone that has 400+ AAA count and almost all FC's? Is it someone in T4-T1? Also, how can you measure if someone is noticed or not? By their forum post count and the number of threads created by that user? Or, is it your opinion because you see everyone commenting on their profile and everyone has that member in their friends list?

If this has been answered already, then I ask you to forgive my noobiness.
