Since 1983 [76 or 74]

At 152 BPM, this file is fairly tame.

The file's mostly straightforward, aside from the weird 12th/16th polyrhythm patterns. Mostly 12ths and occasionally 16ths, they aren't too fast for even any D3-D6 player. There are some short 24th stream/light jumpstream patterns (228 BPM) every here and there but it's not really fast for any person who could AAA/SDG/FC 76s.

With already 52 AAAs (Despite being the tourney, there would already have 40 AAAs even when the tourney didn't even start) in less than a month and most players who usually get teens on 76s getting low SDGs/AAAs on this file, I think it should be bumped down.

Compared to other 76s, like Momentary Life (Though a little slower, it has more stream patterns and a little longer)

From the three Difficulty 76 songs listed, they had significantly less AAAs and probably less SDGs as well, despite being older than Since 1983, and having MANY more players.

Any thoughts?

It is much easier and more straightforward compared to most of the 76s that play similar too it (Momentary Life is a great example).
The 24th streams are pretty short and relatively straight-forward and by no means do the poly-rhythmic sections provide too much of a challenge.

Definitely a 74. Was admittedly misrated, also.

If I recall, Since 1983 is 152 BPM. 152 BPM 24ths = 228 BPM 16ths, which is not all that fast for a file in this area. Most of the song is streaming, with a few jumps inserted in the streams very rarely. The patterns are fluent, outside of the occasional rigid polyrhythm, too.

I'd be willing to go as low as 72 on this, but 73 seems the most correct to me.

Yeah, when you put this song beside Silly Symphony, lol.

The 24ths aren't THAT fast, as Halogen pointed out, but the patterns are nasty. Unlike the velvety-smooth streams in a song like BB Revenge, these ones contain a lot of minitrills and awkward half-staircases and stuff.

I don't know WHERE I would put this. I have 7-0-0-1 on it. Meanwhile:

Miss Candy: 13-6-0-5
Plasmatextor: 9 clean
Powerpuff: 22-2-1-3
Just why: 13 clean

Those are all 69s. But looking at 1983, it's laughable to call it a 69, and although I have good score on it, the song felt hard-playing when I got it. I'm for 73.

73 sounds good to me. Rated 76 after my first playthrough since some of those streams felt pretty awkward (runningmen etc.) but as soon as I played in-game + looked at stats, definitely knew it needed to be lowered.

Locking in 24h if mostly everyone agrees.
