Open Winamp and go to Options --> Preferences --> Plugins --> DSP/EFFECTS. Double click on Oddcast.

Not seeing that when I use winamp.

Just seeing this.

Can you provide a link in the OP to the page that shows the standalone radio? I can't remember the url and there doesn't seem to be a direct link to it.

Not sure if that was what you were asking for. The stand alone radio swf doesn't work.
