I thought "chav" was the British version of a "gangsta" or "thug" (they're white though because everyone knows there are no black people over there except tibs). You know... those people who listen to really bad gangsta rap and wear clothing which is supposed to be stylish but just looks stupid, and also seem to often drive cars that cost more than they can afford with stereo systems that cost more than they could afford (and also with bass so loud it risks damage) with rims that cost more than they could make in 25 years at their crappy job at Mickey Shore.

ASBO's are useless and now chavs are getting them on purpose so they can have their name written on some part of the town which just inflates their ego more.
I feel that the only way to fix those kids is a good skateboard around the head they have alot of bark and no bite and once they get hurt they are unlikely to mess about there after getting what they deserve.
