What kind of physical activities are you into....if any....

So, right now we are all sitting on our sorry assess. But do you ever get out and get your blood pumping? Gym? Sports (highschool. college, recreation)? Any physical exertion whatsoever?

I bike commute 1.5 to 2 hours almost every weekday... Still manage to feel lazy, though.

Soccer with co-workers and friends. Go out running every now and then.

edit: Bowling Monday nights. Going to take up golf in the spring.

I enjoy cycling as well....however I've had some bad experiences with cars on the road so I stick mostly to spin classes. Mostly, I swim laps at least twice a week and go to the gym 4-5 times a week for some weight training and cardio (again mostly upright cycling as well as running). Otherwise, I'm counting down until the first snow so I can hit the slopes.

I'm forced to walk for about an hour a day to get to classes. Also I play ITG occasionally and that is quite the work out.

I do intense weightlifting three times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) Then cardio twice a week. So I'm constantly sore. I rarely have time for rhythm gaming anymore, unfortunately. College is very time consuming, to say the least..

I live in the country, and seeing as I don't have my full license yet, biking (and biking far at that) is necessary to get most places. I don't really mind though, for the countryside around here is gorgeous.

Outside of purely recreational activites, I'm on two swim teams, and I snowboard.

i've really been slacking off this year, which is unfortunate

last year i got really into running and would run a 5 mile route through a forest on the lake's edge every day (give or take a few) - not only does it do wonders for your mental and physical health, but the scenery was absolutely gorgeous.

I do physical training everyday, it's part of the schedule (being army and all). I do love running, I just wish I had been stationed somewhere where running wasn't boring.

I play volleyball all the time. I was on my highschool team, but i gradtuated. Next semester I am taking the volleyball class at my college... going to try and transfer to a school with a team
