I tried unplugging my headphones and playing Touch Me to see what my girlfriend would do, but she just started laughing hysterically

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament Round 1!
I think this song is too easy for D5. But I love it and I play better on songs that I love, that might be the reason.

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament Round 1!
Gah, all this talk about how Retro City is super easy and D3/D4 players are destroying it...while I'm still below the cutoff with 8 goods >.< This is supposedly a difficulty drop compared to first round of D5 of previous officials, but I honestly think Ambient Angels and Euromorroc are MUCH easier Dx sdflkjsdflkjsdflkj

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament Round 1!
... How are you guys getting flags or AAA on Retro City? :~:
I'm getting far worse the more I play. I'm hitting 11 goods even before the trills now, haha... I need a break. |

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament Round 1!
I know the feeling. take a break, for sure. play some other simfiles to warm up when you get the chance. have you tried mirror?

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament Round 1!
It was far easier for me to AAA Retro City on mirror when I did so. I can consistently AAA the beginning jumpstream patterns and mirror makes the right hand trills come first on the trill part, where they are easier to transition into.
