Yes, a medal for canada!
Not yet, but a woman wrestler advanced to the final and is now guaranteed a medal!

AH Jesus for people that keep spelling her name wrong it's "Sean Johnson" not shawn johnston shaw johnsen or Shawen Johnsun. I've seen 3 or 4 people mistake her name (soulston) thought I would clarify. America faces Greece in Basketball tomorrow night to, also It's Phelps's last race based on what I've seen in other relays either the French or Americans will win more then likely they will get Phelps to go first then the guy he gave up his race for 4 years ago. Then the black guy, then the other white dude that won the race at the end in the last relay they did.

Hey i swear to god on the Olympics they spelled it Sean Johnson. I've watched it every single time and that's how they have spelled it. So it seems I'm not the fool people that broadcast the Olympics are.

China and US both have something around 640 participants; it's almost even. But while China seems to specialize more, USA has more comprehensive skill, which would explain the medal situation.

Also, @ the men's 100 fly: wtf o.O

You also have to take into consideration: American athletes are private citizens. Chinese athletes are government sponsored. Americans credit the athlete, Chinese credit the nation.

God dammit! Mahe Drysdale was leading the way and in the last 100-200 metres he died off and got a bronze...

He would've taken the gold if he wasn't sick! Damn it!

Edit: First gold for New Zealand! Meeean

That wrestler who lost a match and had to settle for bronze had his medal taken away.

He didn't want it anyway. There was a story when he stepped off the podium, dropped his medal in the center of the mat, and walked away.

At the moment, he didn't want it. Who knows, though, he may regret it in the future.

Phelps is doing great this year. I personally am not fond of him, but give credit where credit is due.
