Wrists Hurting
When i play i use askl is there a better way to play than askl if there is please let me know

I play with wdko, it makes my wrists not hurt because they arent parallel with the keyboard, and it also makes jacks and trills easier. I hate askl and the like

What they said. Additionally you can play slower songs that require less effort. Also look into investing in a wrist rest, FFR will accelerate the development of carpel tunnel.

My wrists used to hurt when I hit the keys really hard. When I kept my fingers closer to the keys and in a relaxed curve, I stopped getting pains .... my stamina runs out after while but no pain anymore
