For clarification, he did keep to his promise:

Both Set 1 and Set 2 are complete like mentioned in the Sprint 4 post, although Silvuh mentioned a few resubmissions that need to be resolved in Set 2. In the meantime he can finalize the Set 1 Accepted and Conditionally Queue'd Files which I estimated would be done by Friday, and same thing for Set 2 (that one requires the resubmissions to be resolved, so that will come later).

It's been 76 days since Gameboy finished zazing his set. I wonder has he forgotten how to zaz already.

10/10/2015 Update: The September/October 2014 Batch now has all sets of notes completed. The posts in the Batch Review Thread have been edited to include all three sets, as well as the supplementary notes for Set 2 and Set 3.

Currently I am only able to post the Set 1 Finalized File Results. Set 2 will be coming when Silvuh becomes available again. The Batch Search Engine will be updated with the status for Set 1 shortly, and now all three bootstrap alerts for September/October 2014 will be green. It's about time.

September/October 2014, Set 1

Accepted into Queue

Game Genie
B.B.K.K.B.K.K
Zauberkugel
Gangsters Paradise (Candyland's OG Remix)
Braum
Wheelpower & Go
Drunk Crunk Franken

Conditional Queue

Reason: Accepted by only one judge out of three

Belly Dance (Consistently Drinkin' Remix) [Standard]

Reason: Light Acceptance (6.7 - 7.5)

Lovely City
Belly Dance (Consistently Drinkin' Remix) [Heavy]
[Resubmission] Phantom of the Opera
Ongaku -kaiongaku mix-
Horizon
[Resubmission] They Kidnapped the Princess
Azul (Remix)

Reason: Particular fix requested by all three judges

DISCHARGE RUSH
59.75s: This 48th pattern should play better

** Wheelpower & Go (MarioNintendo) still earns 1 SAP, although the version from DarkZtar got a higher rating and the difficulty is too similar for a v2.

Just noticed that hi19's Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl is missing from Set 2. Was this forgotten or was the file pulled from the batch and I just had no idea it happened?

I have sent a PM to all the users who submitted to the September/October 2014 Batch.

As far as next steps forward:
- Silvuh is still organizing the Phase 1 files in the High FGO Special Batch. Once this is finished, judgment can start 5 files at a time. Depending on Silvuh's availability, a fair estimate would be 10/12/15.
- The Set 2 Finalized Results still need to be determined, although the notes are up. Silvuh needs to finish this task and depending on his availability, a fair estimate would be 10/12/15.
- Currently One Winged Angel and myself are blocked on Phase 1 judging until the organizing files task is completed. If it is completed by 10/12/15, then notes for the first 5 files could be up near the end of the week. I tentatively have 10/15/15, although keep in mind this is dependent on the organizing files task.
- The November 2014 Batch is being taken into consideration for continuation of regular batch judging (the Special Batch does not prevent the regular batches from being judged). However, this also requires the organizing of the files to be judged 5 at a time.
- Phase 2 Submissions for the High FGO Special Batch will be open until October 31st. The September/October 2015 Regular Batch is also open until October 31st.

There's been an interesting scenario brought up to me from a stepartist regarding special batches, and that will also require me to have a discussion with Silvuh. The plan is to resolve these blockers as soon as possible, preferrably within the next few days.

That file received judgments, and he requested it to be pulled out of the batch. The Batch Search Engine has been updated to account for this -- thanks for reminding me.

Nice feedback on desertion, I agree with most of it and I was at a time constraint when sending in my last fixes so I myself discovered a bunch of mistakes and inconsistencies later. However some notes were kind of confusing to me:

ilikexd couldn't figure the patterning earlier in the song and made like 4 notes about the same problem:

-34.908s This part doesn't have jump consistency. There are tom drums but no jumps. The jump usage that follows is really hard to understand. It doesn't seem to consistently follow drums or guitar.

-49.255s Kick drum but no jump.

-57.489s The 32nd drums were single notes before, but now they're jumps.

-60s I can't figure out the jump usage here and beyond. It seems like jumps go to the drums, but they're omitted in so many places.

I also thought this was kinda odd

-43.114s 24th is 32nd.

Looking at the wave and listening to it on lower speed I am pretty sure this is a 24th

oh damn first try

Quote:
- 30.840: put that 1/12 before the next 4th, it's slightly delayed

there's still a bass note at 30.84 which i'm not sure if i should step

Quote:
-31.2s Strange hand usage here: in groups of three the second and third sounds are much heavier than the first, so it doesn't seem reasonable that the first one is a hand while the other two are jumps.
32.39s: Missing note to kick, should anchor with the following hand

hands are based on another synth layer, could be pr'd better

Quote:
- 50.118: missing note for synth

i realized the hands here didn't really belong which freed up the space a bit (this pattern doesn't look right though)

Quote:
- 87.469: ouuuuch, that's a gross pattern because of the 12th note mini-jack (comes out to a 202.5 BPM 16th mini-jack mid-stream)

Quote:
- 107.082: those jumps... I understand that there's two instruments fighting there, but I'd personally drop those jumps given the section previous to that had jumps for the really strong synth melody
pattern is now 432321

Silvuh I just want to say I appreciate the amount of work that you put into your notes but all you're doing is telling people why you don't like how they stepped certain and how giving them suggestions for how they can step sections to more align with your vision of how the file should be which is fine but it seems like you don't take into consideration that a lot of what you mark as wrong or should be changed was intentional.

This also kind of applies to halogen

I also gave you the best rating out of the 3 judges.
