In retrospect, they really were hit-or-miss but those hits haven't aged a day (Flower, Mailman, 4th of July, Never The Machine Forever, Burden In My Hand). And they were one of the bands that really got me to explore the vast world of music. Don't feel like making a full post. On the same day I lost my birth certificate and was resultantly fired for the first time ever, THIS was the hardest news for me.

really unfortunate

supposedly they got in touch with his wife too who wouldn't believe he would do that to the kids and i almost don't wanna believe it

the way she talked about it too, drugs might have been involved after he'd worked so hard to get clean and recorded whole albums stone cold sober
