What program do you use? I use Jasc Animation Shop 3 to assemble the gif, it's not an advanced program, but it has a really good optimizing engine. Most, if not all of my animations are made in 3ds max as an AVI file to begin with.

If I decrease the number of colors in the gif to 3 it will fit in the 100kb requirement, but then it dosen't look as good. Better than the old esplosion though lol.
What sp1nzoK did earlier looked beastly. I mean, I like to give freedom here. I am not sure what colors we are yet. That'll come when I see designs I like etc. So how have things been going? |

I've been using flash to export things as .GIFs but it's terrible for it. Fireworks works nicely, though it's painstaking. I might look into this Jasc program, thanks.
