inb4 this become the most markettable thing to people who somehow see video games as the #1 most logical and obvious way to become healthy and lose weight rather than, you know, going outside and eating properly.
Incoming swarm of "the biggest loser" shovelware games. The Wii Fit board and game sold out immediately starting at around $125 tax in.

Also as far as immersion, what do if you want to put stairs in the game?
But to be honest, I'd personally love this. Playing some story driven fps like Halo or Mass Effect could be something!
