I might be going to a Tiesto concert in Toronto Thursday and need to know...

How long are his concerts? The concert starts at 8pm, I noticed that when he came in 2008 to the Ricoh Coliseum the ad said 8pm-6am... That's insane

How long do his concerts usually last?

they probably has headliners, and expect ravers to go. I'm not sure how long they last, but it should say when he starts spinning.

Finally found an end time. 8pm - 2am.

But now I'm confused... On Tiesto's website it says ALL AGES, but on another website it said 19+.

If it's only tiesto playing (btw, he doesn't mix his stuff live, he does it before hand and dances around like a *** lol), then it's probably gonna be pretty long. When I went to Armin Only at TAO '09 (which was ****ING AMAZING IN THE VIP SECTION), he played 10pm to 5am.

I'm not trying to be an ass, but no way. I have his live in Copenhagen dvd and its 4 hours long.

As for why the event is so long, its because he (probably) won't be the only person there.

Yeah I know and now he's starting to try and make dubstep and put it in his sets.lol Crazy for real! Trance/house guy jumping on Dubstep to get more popular.

bad music or not the atmosphere is going to be ****ing amazing as shit and you're guaranteed to have a badass ****ing time no matter what the music sounds like

this song was played for like 15 minutes at a club i went to in vegas

the song is crap. i actually dont enjoy it very much but at the club with everyone jumping around alcohol everywhere half nude chicks taking chainsaws to their crotches and fire blasting at you from above it was the greatest ****ing song in the world

I don't like Tiesto, too be honest. I was going for the exact reason Who Cares stated, the atmosphere. I've been stressed out lately and a massive arena filled with people, loud ass music and lights with 3 other friends would have helped me immensely.

Also, there were two other DJ's going, hence why the concert was going to be 6 hours long (8pm-2am)

I agree with enR, Even if it's not your preferred DJ it will still most likely be awesome because of how many people are going, and all the lights and stuff.

Tiesto is great. I don't know why people are saying Tiesto=bad music. You obviously aren't a fan of trance if you believe that.

And OP, I saw Tiesto live at the Shrine Expo last year and he only had 1 DJ go before him. The night lasted from 8-2. Have fun, be safe.

tiesto is always pretty well known for his super long sets. I believe he still holds the world record for longest trance set or something of that nature.

Yes a 5-6 hour set sounds about right when he's with like 2 other DJs. Although in Berlin there was a show I went to that he and some other DJ's were playing and had been about a 9 hour long set . But let me tell you it's worth it! X)
