AC1's First Rock Band Tournament!

I've decided to allow PS2's and in the vocal division, but I'll still have to make small changes in score for PS2 people, so I need to know if you're going to be using a PS2.
I honestly don't think I can let RB1 Vocalists compete, becuase they have the higher potential score, and there's no way to compensate for it. PS2 users, on the other hand, can just have a small score change and be on their merry way. Sorry to any who are affected negatively by this.

As far as I know, this is the first tournament of it's kind hosted on this site, but I'm still pretty confident that it can be a success.
Introductions are boring and pretty pointless, so let's just get right to the point.

General Info
(all subject to change)

This tournament will use songs from the ROCK BAND 1 disc with the exception of the few songs that are not included in the RB1 song pack for use in RB2. (ex: Enter Sandman)

The tournament will be split into four divisions: vocals, guitar, drums, and bass. A participant may enter as many divisions as he/she chooses.
Each division will feature 7 rounds-- one for each instrument difficulty. All songs will be played within the expert difficulty level, and each round will last 3 days (72 hours).

I need EVERYONE who signs up for vocals to tell me what hardware (games) they are prepared to use, because I've been informed by dore that RB2 uses a hugely different engine from RB1. Those of you in vocals will have to use one specific game, as opposed to everyone else who may use either game.

Scores should be given in the form of a photograph, video, or even a screenshot if the player has software/hardware that would allow one to do so. Any games console is okay.

If you think I've left anything out in this post, tell me and I'll update if it's necessary.

Each division will have credit prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. A player may earn prizes for multiple divisions, but may only collect one prize from the guitar/bass divisions. If a player does finish in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in the guitar and bass divisions, they will collect the credits from the division in which they placed higher. The prize they would have earned in the other division is awarded to the player who finished below them. If that player also finished with a credit award, he will collect the prize from the higher placement, while the other prize is bumped down again, and so on.
For know, I'll say that random.org will answer most other guitar/bass division credit discrepancies.

On vocals, the engines are significantly different between RB1 and RB2 so I think you should make a decision on which game we would use. RB1 has the advantage in that OD lasts longer but it's got a much stricter engine and lots of talky issues, where RB2 has easier talkies and an easier engine but a different OD system that can result in a lower possible score. I guess you could say use either and if you choose engines strategically as part of the competition but either way it's gonna be unfair to one engine or the other.

on that note sign me up for drums and vocals (even though my drums are ****)

I might sign up for guitar depending on how many songs we do in whatever time, but my good guitar has a busted strumbar and my others function properly occasionally :/

Btw, are you allowing Downloadable content? I think you should allow it, but ask everyone who has what to make it fair. You don't want some ppl playing Are You Dead Yet? and others not having the chance to even play it because they don't have it.
