Yeah, I don't know if V really did feel that way, I PM'd him saying I was sorry, he seemed cool with it though.

Baaah, you were in the moment anyways, but I guess this is a good lesson for humans and wolves, huh? Now everyone is going to have to consider if what the doctor protected was actually a wolf faking he got protected.

Thanks, bro. See, I stayed true to my word! Still think you could've lived after that day, but it just wasn't active enough for confusion.

so firstly, I got played so hard this game oajsduyreuhrhturwejgersdsd

I can't even be mad though. Like, I'm a little bit upset with myself that I didn't realize what was going on when Yoshl didn't fakeclaim blue (I was thinking he was doing it to be meta, like, what wolf would do that?) but that's really it. Charu, fantastic emulation of your human game, man. I didn't think you were capable of it; I won't make that mistake again.

danceguy- You were wolfed night one. Good Job being the only one other than Foj to have Charu on your radar, and good job projecting town, I don't think anyone would've been willing to lynch you.

yoshl- that ending was fun. I really should've known better, but hindsight is 20-20, I guess.

mellon- oh mellon, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. You were doing a good job softing blue, so there's that, unfortunately, Charu picked up on it. I think your saves made a lot of sense given the situations.

vendetta- interesting for you to get carried as a wolf, for once. I don't know if the apathy or the inebriation was faked, if it was, good job at making it look realistic. The separation vote early pinged me during a few of my rereads, but it was too late at that point.

yo man- DUUUUUDE I'M SO SORRY. My biggest mistake was going to be me getting you lynched (ty charu for topping that).

Foj- not entirely sure what you thought you noticed about me, sorry I gave off that appearance to you =/. I never would've thought you were blue, so good job in that respect. Nice job being the first top hop on the V bandwagon as well.

Charu- I give you a 2/10. Step it up next time.

Riotpolice- Best for last. There's a reason people are frustrated with you. I could type an essay here, but I don't really want to. I highly suggest you reevaluate your playstyle, or at least tone it down on the exaggeration of townie claims and overtrust of your gutreads. I do regret not lynching you day 0 because I think I would've been able to read Yoshl better once he couldn't tunnel you any longer.

I have nothing bad to say about this game. This will probably be my favorite game for a long time, and this was a stellar performance from most everyone. I learned a lot this game, and I swear that I will never let myself get bamboozled as hard as I was this game.

All in all my analysis of this game was the early game distancing on Charu was the right move to make, and I think it was the best move I made all game. I struggled a lot with the follow-up because it was hard to find a way to find someone wolfier than charu after his anxious response to me on day 1. Which is what I wanted to do to my team mate before we got a chance to communicate: I wanted to remove any sense of a safety net from your partner.

I was a little disappointed in his wavering to kill me because I believe a wolf should eat his young (a phrase here meaning to ruthlessly kill the weaker players on your team.) But I later saw that move make him more human, and I was impressed at his ability to simulate the human mindset.

As soon as people started saying that in a two wolf game wolves wouldn't focus each other is when I started immediately trying to lay off Charu because I thought that would create the most cognitive dissonance which is where I believe mislynches come from (confusion, not appearing human.)

That turned out to be wrong in the way people perceived Charu where he was capable of appearing undeniably green until the end. This has made me reconsider one of my wolf catchphrases "you are going to look wolfy it is the nature of your condition."

All in all I would say that Charu not only won this game, his play made me reconsider how I play it.

Both the apathy and inebriation were faked but the comment about having an anxiety attack wasn't. Neither apathy nor inebriation stop me from playing this game passionately. I struggled with the follow-up from my first play because I am accustomed to having a bigger team of wolves.

Luckily I don't have sigs turned on so you can't use it to try to psychologically prime me like my sig was attempting to do to danceguy.

similarly I'm accustomed to having more chances to kill red before losing. the bayesian probability stuff you were talking about in the second day phase is actually really similar to how I operated in the first one. I was super cautious not to tunnel or clear anyone even if I had lived longer. I just wanted to lynch where I thought the 30-40% range was and cross my fingers and hope for a red flip on the first or second try and go from there.

smallest game played here post-2012 I think. very different, very cool.
