Stepmania lag :(

So I installed SM and the arrows seem to be all lagged so that a Good=Marvelous timing. Thought it might be the songs I dl'd, but I doubt it, since I got them from Sprite's site. Also tested with a slow song with simple steps and it confirmed the Good=Marvelous timing idea. Please help me!

sounds like you need a global offset

open up the stepmania.ini and search for global offset and just mess with it until marv=marv
