Can't Fall Asleep

Holy.... (*&(*..... I have been trying to fall asleep for 6 hours now and its 4 AM... i know computers are bad to be on but i need help.

So far i tried:

Meditating
Banging head into pillow furiously
100,000 doses of nightquil

K maybe none of this... but yeah i need help ASAPP

(btw im really sick sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo i hate my life)

(Yes, I know Seroquel in an antipsych med, but it will also knock your ass out)

does this happen frequently or is it because ur sick? If it's cus ur sick, maybe your body is too out of it and restless, causing you to not be able to rest.

Well, it could be a number of things. Worst case scenario, you have insomnia. damn, dude.

Seroquel will fix that. I took 2 yesterday just cause I woke up wayyy too ****in' late and needed to be asleep early to wake up early today. I had been awake 4 hours and the Seroquel knocked me out in an hour flat, and I wasn't the least bit tired when I took it.

On a serious note, jog around your block without stopping, then when you get to your house SPRINT for as hard and long as you can back around the block.

Turn off your light and your computer and start thinking about random things. Then stop and try to retrace how you started thinking about the things you thought about in backwards order.

I can never fall asleep, i normally don't end up falling asleep until 3AM
