FINAL FANTASY VERSUS XIII

Anyone know much about this game besides what they may have read in a magazine they got in the mail like i did? I do know what these pictures are about though.

This is picture of the main character who is sitting on his throne and is surrounded by supposedly alot of enemies, he calmly gets up and summons his "guardian swords" to aid him in battle.

A close-up of the main character....who is still unknown, least to me anyway.

Anyone else find anything different?

See, i'm not looking forward to this game. But only because it's taken more than a year for FF12 to come out yet. So you can expect to see this in stores by 2008 or 2009.

FFXII was released in March in Japan. It is now July.

Hyperbole is serious business. Also I, obviously, didn't know. But if it was released in March then it's probably not going to be released until late fall.

Moogy will not be satisfied until you say "This game will not be released in the United States until late fall, however it was released in Japan in March. It will be released in Europe in X and in Sweden in X. Also it will be released in Germany, Finland, and Russia in X."

Good thing those countries are all part of Europe.

Also, a quick check of GameFAQs reveals that FFXII will be released in America on October 31st, around 6 months after the Japanese release. Hardly a long wait, especially for a huge RPG.

Notice how Final Fantasy characters are looking more and more asian now. Good. Picture reminds me of Gilgamesh form Fate/Stay Night.

I agree, you can make your characters the way you want them to be instead of what they are in the beginning. Also, FFVII is a god one aswell.

i want to play this game already and i dont know why people think ffVII is such a good game it isnt its too overrated i think so i mean the story isnt even that good as everyone says it is they only say it because everyone says it is and they just want to fit in

I really think i'll end up getting this game in the future. It just has something to it..."guardian swords" that intrigues my interest a tiny bit. What exactly do they do when they guard, and how big of a mess can they leave behind?

OH, one more thing: FINAL FANTASY GAMES DO NOT SUCK!

Wow, that reminds me of Cloud and how he had like 30 different swords on his motorcycle in FF7:AC

Russia is still in Europe. Even if more of it is technically in Asia, don't you think most people identify Russia as more European than Asian? When I think "Asian" I certainly don't think "Russian".

Tactics was good. All of them were worth playing to me, except for the freak ones like FFTA FFX-2 CC etc.
