Re: 2nd Official FFR Tournament: Round 8
Ya, seriously, I tied for the best score in advanced on Coat Czech with 5 goods, and someone in beginner shouldn't have been able to get that close to the best score anyone in advanced got. Oh well, not as much better than the rest of the division as Loot You. Advanced looks like the division that's closest in skill to me right now.

Obviously he'll move up if he plays next tourney.
I don't see any problem with people improving significantly over the course of a tourney. If anything, they should be rewarded for it.

And shash, sure they should be rewarded, but they're rewarded enough by their new skill, it should be fair for the rest of the division. Meaning shorter round times.

Re: 2nd Official FFR Tournament: Round 8
I have to make sure there's always a weekend in every round.
Shorter round times aren't happening, period. Everyone is on an even footing to start with (hopefully)--if someone's improving faster than the others, I see nothing wrong with that.

Re: 2nd Official FFR Tournament: Round 8
I don't think expert would get a song that hard in next round, especially when there's still going to be another round after it, and there will still need to be a tiebreaker that's harder than that, but still easier than the second tiebreaker (most likely OMW). I'd say it's more likely to be something like EHHS, Caprice, or Runny, most likely EHHS I believe. Don't remember exactly what difficulties shash said each round would be anymore, this tourney has been going on for so long.

Bill, how many times have you FCed Pants anyway?
At least 2, on Bill and Omega. And yes, Advanced is dangerously close in skill in these final rounds. |

jimerax, SP can't be a song in Expert. Advanced is currently using it as a tie breaker.
