Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
I'm getting better, amirite?
._. I could probably whore for the AAA. But I'd need to set auto fail to 1 anything other than Perfect, then I would know exactly where I had to improve. That song annoys me after a while though... I'm taking some LONG breaks in between plays, rofl. Screw it, I could probably find an FMO to AAA for [Oni] quicker than I could AAA a song I don't even need to play in this tournament V.V The FMO I choose to whore for [Oni] is... OH! I know Strangeprogram! rofl. not. Was gonna be Novo Mundo, 'til I hit the 32nds right after 1,100 combo. Wasn't even trying for PA and got 33-2-1-3 on it xD. I was just feeling it out Playing Purple a dozen times in a row is good 'reading' exercise, rofl. I think I'll go for a Choprite AAA though. Pretty easy song, just irregular patterns :/. I estimate 10 tries. (If I play all the way through without booing out >.>) |

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
I've been trying to do K8107 for the longest time, and I screw up around the 700+ combo mark.
That's when it starts crapping on my hands. xD I would of had the Otaku [Heavy] token, if my AAA on Seven would of registered a few months back. I can't AAA it again, lol.

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
For most people our brains are wired from playing so long that anything that comes up the screen should be hit. It's difficult to just turn this off, and distinguish between different things.

Yeah I haven't even tried to get that token, I haven't learned mines.
I actually hit like every single mine in SM, it's very hard for me to try to let it go. |

I don't see how missing arrows correlate to missing mines... they have two completely different mindsets in my head.

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
It's kinda sad that megascorcher is easier than bricks (my opinion) and I can't AAA it. =(
3 goods is good enough I guess. |

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
I've always debated between NWE or Mundo myself. NWE always hasn't been that hard, and I got a clean 13G on Mundo if I remember. Whoring it could produce a AAA.

Somehow just managed to get a 21-1-0-4 on NWE after I just woke up, rofl.
I'm just happy I FC'ed it with as tired as I am. I'll AAA it when I get back from work. Thanks for the reminder Ground Breaker, I forgot NWE was FMO =p |

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
Epidermis is a lot easier than NWE nubs
EDIT: Hah apparently it's harder for everyone else, I personally don't see how people do NWE, Epidermis is easier IMO.

Re: 4th Official FFR Tournament - Round 5
NWE has easier patterns, it's slower, and it's not difficult at all with avmiss fix. Even without avmiss fix, it was still pretty easy. In fact, I AAA'd NWE three days ago.
