The Hider dies if it hides with a Mafia Goon or a Vigilante, or if the person it hides behind dies. The Detective targets a player and finds out if that player has killed another player or not. The Psychologist targets a player and finds out if they have the potential to kill, but if the player has already killed, the psychologist will get a negative result. The Results will come back as Yes or No always. Actually just noticed since I have insta off, it'll be 24HR Days/Nights just to shorten the overall game length so it isn't drawn out and boring.

wow, so after reading the setup wiki this looks call as all hell, def prayin for a PR lol.
As far as phases go, compromise? 36 hr day? I don't really care either way, I see where Zenith is coming from not wanting the game abandoned and for us expecting to be town not having enough time to scum hunt, so whatever happens I'm cool with |

You really need to have 48 hour days (or some number of whole days greater than one) so that you don't get phase ends at noon or something like that.

Instas are off, so I do not see the issue with 24HR days unless someone wants to elaborate privately about why it is such an issue. Instas off means that phases are always ending on the set time that I give it, which would be each day at 8:00PM Server Time. I do not see the issue here, but as stated, message me privately on why it is such an issue.
Also I kept in mind (looking at certain previous games) that after a certain time period in those games, activity and interest was severely lacking due to it being drawn out, scarce interaction within thread, and having a game last a week instead of several days. I can bump it up to 48HR if direly necessary but I personally would rather the day cycle.

the reason 24hour nights are ok is because nothing happens at night. people send in their night actions and the woofs talking and send in a NK. thats it. even so, when night talk is on, there isn't much that needs to be talked about, all it is, is an extra time to talk before the day. 24h days are really hard to get a good game out of, there isn't much time to talk about anything and if you live in a wierd location or something you might not be able to have a meaningful conversation before EoD, and if you do have to miss ONE DAY of TWG it penalizes you so heavily for it.

for example -
"hey i won't be around for 3/4ths of the phase because phase started at 11 PM or something, and i have to get up for work at like 6:30 AM , and will be out until like 9, giving me 2 hours to post in a phase" or more extreme "i'm going to be out the whole phase, sorry guys" 24 hours is too short of a period, where people can still legit have to be away for. also, if you bothered to read all the other run setups, cardflips remained on but seriously if you've bothered to consider why inactivity happened "i was too busy and didn't have time for twg really", i don't know why you think 24 hour days would mitigate that at all lol especially with card flips off, that would slice at the town's heels, given that there's much less time to talk about anything, and wolves don't have to try for as long if they want to UTR or w/e
