Well, a bunch of the regulars or semi-regulars joined jTWG, so signups could be more limited this time around, especially considering this game is far more complex than the other.

If this game indeed doesn't get off the ground, at what time would it be canceled and signups closed?

I'm giving this until December 3rd. I would be absolutely heartbroken if this game needed to be axed and my work wasted because of lack of players, but if it comes to that, so be it.

Meanwhile, do your best to not let this happen!

ANYTHING THAT IS IN YOUR POWER TO GET VALID PLAYERS IN THIS GAME, DO IT! The best method is probably to invite lapsed players to the game.

The room is dark, sparsely lit by dim floor lights and the consoles and lab equipment that line the walls and counters. On the left wall is a large fluid-filled cylindrical container, attached to a computer console. A large header on the top-left reads "#000", and displays the stats of whoever is inside the container. The being appears to be humanoid, around the size of a young adult human.

There is the sound of a door opening, and two scientists walk into view. One is a silver-haired young man, who appears to be showing the other around, a shorter woman with brown hair and glasses. "This is the place", says the first scientist, and as he turns to face the other, a name tag reading "Raine" can be seen. "A clever place to hide, Professor." The woman turns and begins to examine the various screens and settings. "Feel free to look around," Raine says as he walks over to #000's screen. As he works on the console, his companion looks around in wonder. "I had no idea about any of this!" she exclaims. "There were rumors about these kinds of technology, but nothing could have prepared me for this! You truly are a genius, Professor Raine."

"Thank you, Dr. Clarke," Raine responds as he gazes longingly at his creation. "That means so much more...coming from you."

"Oh, you're smooth," she retorts playfully. "Is...is that it?" She slowly approaches the containment system.

"Yes," breathes Raine. "My creation is finally complete. All that remains is to give it life."

At this, Raine presses a button, and the containment capsule is lit up with the same bluish glow as the floor lamps. The two stand and bear witness to #000. It is a humanoid, canine-like being, mostly red in color, but with white chest and abdomen and pink tinged designs on its smooth body.

"Soon," says Raine, "you will live."

"It is a magnificent creature", Dr. Clarke says in wonder.

"He, actually. I've made him a male."

"Hmm."

"He will be the first. The first of many." As Raine leaves and beings to work at a lab counter, Clarke stays behind to further examine #000. "Incredible," she exclaims. "Truly a work of art. One question though: why'd you make him a furry?"

"You always gotta find something to knock, don't you?" replies Raine. "Besides, do you see any fur?"

"Got me there." Dr. Clarke takes an apple from a fruit bowl in the corner and walks over to Raine.

"Come on, let's tune in." Raine urges. "We'll miss the show."

The two walk over to the broadcast screen, pull up two chairs, and switch it on. The launch center flickers into view, and the Chimera Code is primed for activation.

heavylee (see above)
massflavour (very unlikely)
Makilaz (no idea)
Kekeb (no idea)
kotorfanboy (considering?)\
sullyman (IM'd but might not have gotten it)
harumoni (ditto)
Tps222 (old player and FFЯite, but just might appreciate my efforts)
psychopete (lololololo.)

A sizable list but I doubt we'll reach many of them. If we do, it'll be good though. Anyone who doesn't make this game people can always sign-up for jTWG. If nobody has any other ideas, I'll message these people and cross my fingers.
