Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
the hell is the point of a seer if he can't come out if he's seered a wolf.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
As I'm pretty certain I've said before, any player with a brain does not need the luck of a seering to get a wolf. Even if that wolf is a talented player, he will slip somehow.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
ap already said this, but I will say it again.
Restricting info flow isn't a proper, or concievably enforcable, way of balancing this game. Restricting access to info is. I say just be rid of the seer for a few games and see how things work.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
Why was I killed night 2? Lack of phantoms or something?
It's still 100% true that whenever people from FFR meetup during TWG one of them is a wolf. I enjoyed just posting "Tass" as my only post on day two as soon as it started. Told ya you have a tell tass. Good game, but long as hell. |

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
and making yourself obvious in the process, chardish?
if you're going to have multiple roles (number of which is unknown) you might as well let them come out. Since it would be so easy to fake, which I thought was the point in the first place. I'll stand by my earlier suggestion though. I'd host it, but screw that. I'd rather play. |

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
More like 3 wolves, 1 vigi, 1 wolfsbane.
Best way to restrict access to info is the eliminate info roles completely.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
Well, publically coming out would be possible, and it would limit the guardian from immediately knowing who the seer is, etc. So it might be worth a try.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
nono talisman i didn't say you can't come out.. i'm saying you can't prove it because no one knows how many seers there are, if there even is one... so if 2 people say they're seers, it doesn't mean one has to be a wolf...

For only one more day, but yes, he is.
I already told you, Tass, I'm not running until 35. I have a perfect record to maintain.

Re: TWG XXXI: Postgame
I'm running. Gonna be the nobody-knows-what-roles-there-are idea, just for fun. Pretty crazy, but not at all heavy. Plus, anyone can fake any role they want to.
