It's just a mozilla skin..if thats what your talking about. Just go to tools--> themes..might have to download it first tho >_< I forget.

I never screenshrink and I still AAAed it 3 times in a row once out of sheer boredom. Keep practicing, you'll get it eventually.

(Currently, whenever I screenshrink, I find that there's just too many arrows in not enough space. I wish I could practice, but I'm starting to become infamous in computer labs around campus.)
