Does the Experience for AAA's increase exponentially as you get more, or is it adding a constant?

It's exponential. Same goes for FC's and Skill Tokens. Since usually, the more you have, the harder the ones you have left =P

I would like to join as well. :>

Do multiplayer levels count towards xp bonuses? Might be something to include in order to make MP more active... (as the sort of PvP element)

We've considered including MP stats (wins/losses/games played/etc.) but decided not to include them for now because they aren't readily available. Levels are, but they don't really give us much to work with. You never know what's in store for the future, though!
