What happened to Synthlight?
What happened to Tasslefoot?
Why is TGB gone?
Does anyone actually FFR anymore?
Is RaiRaiEatsballoons still the funniest forum poster ever in the history of forums?
Does -Blaze still have 40 alts and get banned every day for being a douche bag?
Did Shashikiro ever come out of the closet?
Did Rubix ever admit to using a trainer?
Is Darkshark still hot?

Synth still owns the site, He was just inactive for a while.
Tass went off and became a game/designer or tester for armour games.
TGB is just an invisible subforum now that requires a "keycard" to gain access to.
Not as many people as the glory days, but quite a few are still around and still play.

Rubix admitted to botting some of his more insane scores. Most of them were legit though.

Synth was just inactive for awhile? its been years since ive been here and he was inactive back then. Id say its been more than awhile.

He let this site fall apart didnt he? When this site first exploded when it opened, it had so much potential. Time after time he let its promise slip through the cracks. I guess this is the result.

Im creeping through the forums and its starting to become clear.

What happened to Synthlight?

There was a severe lack of communication from him until recently. He's opened up to staff and is in the process of upgrading FFR's old 2006 server to a new server with more space and Solid State Drives for faster performance. He's shown steady progress on this upgrade; he is more of a "behind the scenes" guy.

What happened to Tasselfoot?

If I recall correctly Synthlight had trouble paying staff members on time and the site crashed late in 2009. A lot more happened but I don't know the details. Like mentioned previously, Tasselfoot now designs and tests games. He has footage of many games on his Youtube Channel.

Why is TGB gone?

Like mentioned previously, it just requires you to send a request for a keycard for access.

Does anyone actually FFR anymore?

The overall number of players has decreased but the skill level has increased tremendously. The 5th Official Tournament had 5 divisions, now the Official Tournament has 7 divisions (and the 10th Official is happening right now!)

Did Shashikiro ever come out of the closet?

I've never seen Shashakiro in person but I have seen hi19hi19 who is still active around this site and I believe he went to the same high school as Shash. This would be a funny question to ask, haha.

Did Rubix ever admit to using a trainer?

He admitted to botting some of the harder songs after data was presented about what his plays looked like on them (you've probably noticed his scores are no longer up, he was wiped). He goes by Reincarnate now, he doesn't play this game anymore but he still posts on this site.

What happened to FFR video chat?

It's been gone ever since 2009. I think there was a tinychat this site linked to that was used as a replacement, but in terms of why video chat still doesn't exist that goes into some site infrastructure that I don't have knowledge about.

The other questions I didn't include in here have basically been answered already.
