how to unlock Ice Candy Pop?
I'm trying to unlock Ice Candy Pop, but it says I need 1/X Tier point on any song. So I went to a tier song and completed the first award for it. I assumed that 1/X meant 1 point? But I don't understand the system and could use some help.

In the Tokens area, it says to go to your levelranks to update tokens incase you need to unlock something, have you tried that?
