Post ur rejected simfiles thread
How many times have u had ur fielz rejected from stepmania pack?????
I hav a lot. I'm only giving one example for each pack because I literally had 12 files rejected from smg1 lmao Rejected from VGMP1 in 2006 Rejected from KBMP 1.5 in 2006 Rejected from SMG1 in 2006 Rejected from SMG2 in 2007, went on to be stepped by Kneegrow Rejected from ODI2 in 2007, was originally accepted but glove took it out cuz it was too boring I'm pretty sure I had a few rejected from vgmp2 as well but I can't remember which ones

I'm planning to just submit a minipack of my rejected files in a few months once I have time to make them less suck ^^

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
a rejected songs pack where everyone submits files of songs rejected by other rhythm games would be cool.

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
but then you get that sad moment where your song gets rejected from a pack all about rejected files.

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
bunch of meme videos (STOP HATING JUSTIN BIEBER!, Nostalgia Critic Rage etc.) I stepped I lost years ago to a HD crash
and... a few pop song dumps that got rejected from HSMP12 for not following to the music (one of them was iYiYi, which ended up on Hardpain of Hell and also pretty much the only rejected file I could recover)

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
Mine's quicker to just list:
Entrance (Cytus version) (Apparently has ghost notes, but honestly I think the judge wasn't listening for the side beeps and bloops. If anything I actually missed notes.) Beat Calls (Dump) Battle of BRS (I subbed this to some anime packs and something else, I forget.) Catastophie (Some pack that I think rebirth was doing the judging for.) Opening (Really easy song, I think I sent this to stepping stones?) Survival (Anime pack, I actually really like this file and play it frequently.) Broadcast (Recent, it's an expirimental file, so I didn't have SUPER high hopes, but still kinda sad because it was fun to chart. XD) I've never subbed this but I expect a practically auto-reject for being 7+ minutes long: Madoka Piano Forte No. 1 (Scin did a LOT in terms of helping me sync this shit. Like, shit. He did an initial like quick sync and then I went back and adjusted it stupid precise.) I don't sub stuff often because I'm a bit bad, and I have to actually like the file myself or I end up deleting it, and then I also just, can't play as much. Like 90% of everything I have ever submitted has been rejected. It would be quicker to name the packs I actually got in
Of all of them I am most pleased I was in the OG Touhou pack. Sakura Sakura was a fun file IMHO. Gpop also did it for one of his years later and it's also really fun Last edited by MixMasterLar; 12-18-2016 at 05:51 AM.. |

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
I recall there being a pack as such on r21 freak a long time ago, and nothing was rejected. Didn't turn out badly either.

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
d'you remember if you were given notes for this? (the concept of notes may not have been invented yet)
that seemed to meet my criteria for the pack, which was being onsync and having some sort of consistent style. I may have voted it out due to being salty about the holds b/c I didn't play spread, rofl |

Full and unnerfed version of Day To Live rejected from Yolo Dumps for being too hard (That says a lot for what that pack has).

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
Really? i think there were quite a few goodies from the CKMP/ODI/PPP/VGMP etc series.
of course, back then there was a much larger emphasis on MAable files than speed tests. that's a personal preference that i still prefer, as the latter seems less conducive to an appreciation of the actual music (although, most songs in stepmania are garbage so i can see why a lot of ppl wouldn't care about that anyway). i can't recall any files of mine specifically being rejected, but i'm sure there were more than one lol. |

Re: Post ur rejected simfiles thread
I've had only a few files rejected from SM packs, pretty much only like five files from VGMP4 and that's it.
Now, rejected FFR files on the other hand... Could make a "fun" pack out of those lol
