If you are misled as to the nature of a vital piece of a contract, and details of what you are contesting are not in any of the documents you've signed, do you have the right to break the contract?

Failing to understand what constitutes a breach of contract doesn't sound like valid excuse no...I guess you'd need to provide a specific example
