I got a 4 in AP Calculus AB. I could have done much better, but probably skipping a good amount in the second part effected me. Ah well, I am happy. =)

I got 5's in all AP classes I took except Bio...4 in that, mostly because I wasn't very naturally apt at the subject and my teacher had no idea how to teach the class. I easily did more work for that class than all six of my others combined in my senior year and it was still my worst subject.

other ones I took were calc BC, compsci A, and environmental science.

Yeah, Flipsta, I also skipped a TON of the Free Response (it was more difficult than most of the practice tests I'd taken), so I must have really nailed the MC.

4 on Calc AB. Better than I thought, considering mine was the first class where we actually got through all of the content required for the exam. And I was the only one who stood a chance of passing.

I took my first AP class just this year as a tenth grader. It was AP US History. I'm not good at history, but it's the only AP class offered to tenth graders.

I got a 4 as well. There were 17 kids in my class, and I got the highest score, rofl.

3 other kids got 3's. What does that tell you about my teacher? XD

Chemistry and Calculus are the only classes my school truly prepares students for.

My school doesn't really truly prepare students for any AP class. The reason I was the only one who stood a chance of passing was because of my natural talent for the subject--the teacher didn't really know how to teach. He's very smart, but he's just like me. Excellent at learning, but when it comes to teaching, it's hard to find a way that makes students understand. I could just see him thinking "Why don't they get this, it's so easy!"

Also, my school only offers three AP courses: Calc, Bio, and English Lit. None of them are any good for what the AP tests are for--being able to skip the introductory level in college.

I remember this. Jr year I took APUS. I hated it. Teacher was not so good, and I missed 4 days of class w/ illness, so I was SUPER far behind. I tried to drop it, but my mom decided that listening to the teacher telling her that "He'll catch up, it's no big deal" instead of me saying "I can;t keep up, I'm going to fail" was a good idea. I got a D+ in the class and a 2 on the exam =\
