Microsoft Account bs

For years my email RaptorIndianBro@hotmail has been constantly screwed with Microsoft security restrictions which all have outdated information. The phone number I put as associated to the account is deactivated now, I cannot remember the password, and the other emails associated with the account are unaccessable. I have tried switching everything of mine to my new email but some things (like my osu and xbox live) are still on it and I currently need to access the account but I cannot and Microsoft isn't helping me. Any thoughts on what to do? I was gonna ask this on Microsoft forums but I keep messing something up when trying to make a new Microsoft account.

I think there is another recovery form that you can fill out. You just have to prove that you do own that email.

ask it on the Microsoft forums. Otheriwse, use a password security addon such as LastPass so you don't have to worry about forgetting passwords the next time something like this happens.

That being said, shouldn't there be some sort of other account security that can be used in the case you can't access e-mail and forgot the password, like, I don't know, security questions? If there's nothing else to work with, then yeah, your only option is to either PM someone in charge of that or make a help post on their forums.
