that's not a vein that's the oblique muscle and abdominals, which are developed from squats/deadlifts

do you even muscle anatomy

(unless there is in fact a vein I'm not seeing, which is possible, my vision sucks lately)

it's a muscle area used for abdominal support (ab muscles) and twisting your body or moving your hips (obliques)

it has a functional purpose so it logically would look that way after enough development regardless of subjective view of how it 'looks like', though this is independent of why people find it attractive

some women are shoulder kind of girls other women like biceps
