Transplanting souls
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/liv...n_page_id=1770
I was searching through Google and I found this article about organ donating. saying that when a organ is donated you will also get some memory and characteristics of the person who you got the organ from (obviously.) I thought it was a very good read, (especially where it says scroll down for more.) If you don't want to read the beginning, you don't have to. I just want to know your thoughts and opinions on the matter. Thanks, LLaMaSaUceYup |

Re: Transplanting souls
Hmm although i don't believe any of it, its still interesting to an extent. I don't think anything has conscious recalled memory except the brain. Cells have dna memory but only to recreate more cells.

Re: Transplanting souls
The example with the boy who committed suicide then got his heart donated to another girl.
Then the girl singing all the words to a song that she has never heard before. (that the boy made on a tape) I'm just saying that, that was the most doubtful part of this article. ;p but yeah Izzy I can understand why you wouldn't believe it. |

Re: Transplanting souls
I'm pretty sure that no reasonable scientist has tried to say that memory is stored anywhere except in the memory centers of the brain. I remember some really good old sci-fi involving evil hands and so forth, but I think that's about as serious as it gets.
There are always going to be cases that look really strange like that. I know someone who was always very shy around strangers as a child. At one point she was introduced to a stranger, an older woman, with whom she was totally comfortable. When her mother asked her why she wasn't nervous around that woman, she said, at the age of like 6 and totally straight faced "Because she used to be my mommy, before you were my mommy" I mean...you could easily take that as some kind of evidence for reincarnation, but anecdotes do not make science. |

Re: Transplanting souls
I call BS, no judge or ini showing etc. Did anyone else automatically think of "We can rebuild him faster, stronger, and better" or was it just me?
